0000023: credit problem for world chart update

Description

when the program updates world charts, not only am I not getting credit for the update, but it seems to zero out any credits that I might have, leaving me with a balance of zero.

(0001707) Dengar 11-09-07 06:03	The way the code is setup right now it's not possible to ever 'zero out' your real credit count on the server. However, sometimes the client will suddenly show zero credits (especially if an error occurs with the server). When this happens again could you go to 'Settings' and click 'Login and Refresh Credits'. Let me know if this makes your credits reappear. If it doesn`t then the problem is much more serious.
